Wilder A. Clements brings experienced and value-driven counsel to purpose-driven businesses and organizations with challenging employment law questions. Wilder is experienced in advising clients on the complexities of federal and state labor and employment law, understands steps businesses and organizations need to take to treat and pay their workers fairly, and serves as an instrumental partner in helping organizations and businesses align purpose with people-first practices.
Wilder has practiced labor and employment law since graduating from UC Berkeley School of Law in 2009. Previously Senior Counsel at an AmLaw 200 firm, they have provided day-to-day labor and employment counsel to Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and small businesses, nonprofit organizations working for social and environmental change, and local governmental agencies. Wilder has also litigated employment cases in state and federal court throughout California. Wilder has been named a SuperLawyers Rising Star and recognized for outstanding contributions to pro bono service by the Center for Gender & Refugee Studies at UC Law.
Wilder has learned that workplace culture is a liability for businesses and organizations that do not tend to it. Wilder believes the workplace should be a place of finding meaning and belonging. Wilder has trained hundreds of workers, managers and HR professionals about how to build culture-first workplaces.
Wilder devotes a significant portion of their services to pro bono assistance, including representing LGBTQ+ workers and advising local nonprofits on employment law issues. They are a member of the Executive Committee of the Bar Association of San Francisco, the California Lawyers Association - Labor & Employment Law Section, the Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom, and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Originally from the Great Plains (Nebraska), Wilder maintains a deep love of the outdoors and open space. Wilder is a certified forest therapy guide through the Association of Forest Therapy Guides and Programs and a vipassana meditator. When Wilder is not practicing law, you can find them hiking a trail or camping with their family and friends, usually somewhere in beautiful Northern California.
Sal Andropoulos
Counsel
Sal Andropoulos, Counsel, advises businesses and organizations in developing tailored workplace policies that foster inclusive, value-driven work environments in California's ever-changing employment law landscape. His practice experience includes representing private entities, public agencies, and individuals in state and federal litigation related to matters including employment, financial services, and professional discipline at a national mid-size firm.
Sal received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was the Managing Editor of the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law. He served as a judicial extern for Magistrate Judge James Larson in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and as a legal intern for the San Francisco City Attorney's Office.
In addition to his practice experience and legal training, Sal worked for a number of years in legal editing, and has written extensively about legal ethics, technology, and advertising. He is also an active supporter of his local LGBTQIA+ community.
Sal grew up in the Bay Area, and in his free time enjoys running, spending time with his family, and following his favorite sports teams.
