California Small Business HR Infrastructure Package
● Comprehensive evaluation of workforce needs;
● Custom Offer Letter depending on hiring needs, including evaluation of non-exempt/exempt job status (option to add on legally-compliant written commission agreement or incentive compensation plan);
● Advice on engaging Independent Contractors in California and developing an Independent Contractor Agreement as appropriate;
● Custom Employee Handbook, including comprehensive intake to help develop policies and procedures relevant to your business (value of $4,000);
● All legally-required onboarding documentation in California for employees;
● Guidance on complying with California’s fair employment laws, including sexual harassment training requirements;
● ALL legally-required state and federal labor law posters
● Four 60-minute employment attorney office hours to be used anytime within one calendar year.
